Barre Flow

This fusion class brings together the burn of a barre class and the juicy flow of a Vinyasa class. We seamlessly move between barre and mat work, using props such as hand held weights, squishy balls and booty bands to amp up the spice. A chance to focus on both strength and flexibility. Great for beginners, all the way up to the most seasoned fitness friends.

Full Body Barre

This class is sure to get you sweating! A fast-paced barre class inspired by dance & Pilates. A well-balanced workout of both heart-pumping cardio and slow-burn precision. Great for all levels, beginner & no-impact modifications available when needed.

Full Body Mat

Although this class is non-impact, you are going to feel the burn! Using handheld weights, squishy balls and booty bands to amp-up the heat, this class will get you sweating. An emphasis on core strength and brain to body connection, moving intentionally and with control for longevity & functionality.

Stretch & Unwind

A class dedicated to slowing down and lengthening. A great way to connect inward and give your body the release it deserves! A slow-paced, intentional sequence of movements/poses to help gain flexibility and release tension from daily stress. Great for all levels.
